In Mississippi It is kinda like a “Jail Break.”

Mississippi Governor Haley Barbour pardoned 210 Prison Inmates. Many of those “pardoned” where serving life sentences for murder.
I always thought a Pardon was given because the State made a mistake, but apparently not.
A Mississippi Judge has halted the Pardoning Process pending a review.
I am sure that there are those who will say that this is a rational and moral decision by the Governor, but, I don’t get it.
